And so I echo the sentiments of Loverboy…

Yeah, that’s right, I’ve been working for the weekend.

So, I’ve had my first really busy weekend as an official caterer lady: The aforementioned Mary Engelbreit cake, then a cobbler and banana pudding for a friend of my mom to take to her family reunion, and finally an entire spread for a local piano recital.

I’ll soon be uploading a post containing the recipes for all of the stuff featured above, as well as a super delicious homemade pizza and the mixed berry cobbler/banana pudding.

    OMG cute!

I wish we had more excuses…and people we liked socializing with, so that we could throw totally awesome parties more often (or ever) because I think we would rock it out.

Thanks so much for the wonderful cobbler and pudding. They looked beautiful and were scrumptious. From the looks of it, the recital was extremely successful! I can’t wait for the pizza recipe. That was one of the best I’ve ever eaten…and I love pizza!
